Greer Clayton, Neil Driver, Elliot Love & Kiya Nancarrow

Aotearoa Art Fair

1 - 4 May 2025

For Aotearoa Art Fair 2025, Parnell Gallery showcased four contemporary New Zealand artists who, through the act of painting and sculpture, explore their subliminal, abstract, and historical connections to the natural and urban landscape.

Presenting paintings from Neil Driver, Elliot Love, and Greer Clayton, alongside sculpture from Kiya Nancarrow, the works on view were curated with consideration to broader notions of ‘the landscape’, with each artist engaging and interpreting their subject through a diverse merging of abstract and representational form.

Through their individual lenses, these four New Zealand artists conceptualise the composition and form of the landscape through processes that engage with the significance of recollection, inquiry, observation, and reduction of the physical world.
