Over the last few months we’ve been working on a unique project, and with an article on The Local Project website being unveiled earlier this week, it seems a fitting time to share our involvement.

Earlier in 2024, we were approached by the team at Coco Republic, who were charged with the interior fit-out of the last two remaining penthouses at The Pacifica Apartments.

At 57 storeys, 178 metres high, The Pacifica is New Zealand’s tallest residential tower. A remarkable landmark structure in the central city landscape that can be seen and admired across the isthmus, harbour and beyond. Facilities for exercise and relaxation, community spaces, and entertainment are in abundance with a cinema, library, and resident’s lounge spread throughout this vertical community.

Coco Republic and the Project Managers for The Pacifica, Hengyi, worked together to curate a selection of artworks to amplify the beauty of these phenomenal spaces, which are quite simply the epitome of luxury and offer some of the best views available in Auckland city.

You can read over the full article here by clicking here.

The collection of works throughout the two penthouses include original works by Greer Clayton, Catherine Roberts and Fatu Feeu with sculpture by Vicky Savage, Alfred Hassencamp and Martin Krammer, and framed limited edition prints by Gretchen Albrecht. We look forward to sharing a few more of the works in situ over the coming days.

While one of the spaces is now purchased, the other, 5402 remains for sale for $16m – you can view the listing agent’s video here to get a true appreciation for this remarkable residence.

Thank you to all involved for inviting us to join you in this very special opportunity and for the recent tour of the breath-taking penthouses.
