Online Orders & Payment
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases

Payment for online purchases can be made by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Visa & Mastercard (via Stripe)

Parnell Gallery also offers a 4 month layby (25% deposit). If you would like a layby please contact the gallery for more information as this is not an option at the checkout.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%.

Can I make an order by email or over the phone?

Yes and yes.

Call us on +64 (9) 377 3133 and we can process your payment over the phone or send you an invoice if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

Email us at art@parnellgallery.co.nz and we will send you an invoice to pay by direct debit. If you prefer to pay by credit card we suggest you make an online order or alternatively call us with your credit card details.

Do you frame artworks?

Yes we do. We are currently working on a solution to offer framing to clients through online orders but in the meantime please email the gallery if you would like a quote to frame your artwork.

Please note we can only ship framed artworks within New Zealand, quotes for a custom-made triple layer cardboard box and freight will be quoted by the Parnell Gallery team.
